L'Authentique — Restaurant in Sámara

The person serving us acknowledged the warning that my wife had a severe nut allergy and said it would be fine, they would not include nuts on the charcuterie plate.

After eating one of the cheeses my wife immediately knew something was wrong. We called the server over and asked if that cheese had nuts in. She cheerfully and immediately said “Yes” Then after a few seconds said “oh, sorry”

We had to leave immediately to seek medical assistance but not before we were charged the full amount for our meal! No help was offered in getting medical help either.

If this is the level of care they apply to their (very visible) guests you’d have to wonder what goes on behind...
