if there was a 0 i'd give it to you and let me just list my points so that you'd understand better

1. We come in, none of you greets us, we sit, you ALL see that we are sat and waiting , yet 20 minutes and maybe more go by and then one of you decides to come. 2)The person who decided or better say was forced to come says ''kalimera -.-'' with the most dull and deadpan way and throws the menu on the table as if he was throwing a bone to a dog
2. We unfortunately decided to have both coffee and food - we ordered after many many many minutes of waiting a freddo espresso , iced caramel machiato and two marikkou's plates - so the coffee finally came the freddo got probably burnt we couldn't drink it machiato had no milk foam and was rather water than coffee.
3. the food came 50-1 hour later after begging my bf to leave because if the coffee is bad i mean what's there to like? and we were sitting there for so long hungry and felt unwelcomed - It was cold, the taste was sickening, the pancakes were partly raw, cheddar was cold too, bacon as well and tasteless, the sauce was bitter and cherry on the top there were two half pieces of rotten tomato in the last layer. Also too small. So we ate because we were very much hungry and left what we could not eat. Seriously im not trying to come at you guys but its shame for having the name and people come only for that and expect to have something delicious but the outcome is your business falling apart and its sad you can make so much money just fix whatever you have to fix. Service took too long,been there 2.5 hours and no one tried to accommodate us after the long hour wait as we were seeing other tables that just arrived ordering.When the waiter finally come to take our order after 1 hour wait he warned us that there will be a 30 minute delay because they were very busy.We were fully understanding as we saw how busy the restaurant was.We soonly got annoyed since the 30 minute wait became one hour long and then another half hour long.We asked the owner if our orders are coming soon and he replied but saying that it goes with a priority line we later find out that table a that had arrived a long time after us were being served.By the time our food arrived everybody had left even the people that came an hour later from us.I couldn’t excuse them because we were only a 3 people table and we hadn’t order a lot of things.When the food had finally arrived it was okay not something i was willing to wait 2.5 hours for as the pancakes weren’t hot and it wasn’t something special.The vibes were nice but I...

At first glance, this traditional establishment looked inviting and promising with a nice selection of food for brunch. We were a party of three, arrived at 11am, excited to have our pancakes. 40 minutes later our coffees arrived. Then an hour passed and to our surprise, our food was a no show. We asked our server when the food would arrive, which he then replied our food was in a queue and it would take a while longer. One hour and 30 minutes and our patience was running thin. After complaining we were informed that it was our turn. 20 more minutes had passed and after complaining again we were informed it was our turn again. Almost 2 hours and still no food and not one apology. We then decided to pay for our coffees and leave. We understand that the place was crowded, but they should not keep accepting customers while they are unable to serve them. Unacceptable service, we strongly recommend to go somewhere else.
