In contrast to almost all other similar venues anywhere in the world the meat used is from beef hence Steak Doner. Both steak and chicken Doners are cut extra thin and melt in your mouth. Served with french fries, rice and salad it arrives on a bed of lavash placed on a rectangular wooden plate. Another Lavash is folded in two and placed on top. The salad is fresh and extra crisp.
