SAWA RESTAURANT — Restaurant in Larnaca

My family and I have been here probably about 5/6 times and the quality of food and service is consistently EXCELLENT!

Honestly I can't recommend this restaurant enough - it is by far a special place in Larnaca. The food is very tasty, we usually order individual items but quite a large variety of them. My favourite are the boneless chicken thighs - so gooood. Portions are great and price is pretty cheap for a restaurant, it's actually a bit of a surprise.

The staff are super hospitable which is what impresses me the most. It's sincere and I feel comfortable. Can't say the same for most restaurants where the whole interaction feels forced and fake.

From the outside the place doesn't look like much, actually a bit off putting, but the ambience inside is cool. Tables are big so plenty of space for food and there's lots of space between tables so that's another massive...

The food is very tasty. I am not expert in syrian food to judge, how original it is. But the quality is good, the grilled meat is tender and juicy, the starters delicious and plenty. The service could be a lot better. So many guys around, but the messed up all orders. We were a large group, who paid separately. They put many more drinks in our invoice that we needed discussions and nevertheless paid something wrongly more. It seems that the management needs a better coordination of the service and order management. Otherwise the food came in timely manner. The music was too loud during the belly dance show. Middle Eastern Splendor.

We have been ordering food from Sawa repeatedly over the COVID lockdown period and although the food was always mouthwatering, we were never able to try out the dine-in option at the restaurant. Since COVID is finally a thing of the past we jumped at the opportunity to eat at Sawa . The place itself has been designed and decorated with impeccable taste and not holding back on expense.
