McDonald's — Restaurant in Larnaca

It’s was around 12:00am on 25/11/2024, I had a very bad experience with cashier and the shift head who spoke with about the complain I had from the cashier, I think they are like bang working in an organization with understanding each other I took two big deal the amount 12.05 euros and I give the 22.05 so it will be easy for both side I will receive 10 euros in cash and for the cashier will be the same she doesn’t has give change in coins, unfortunately I didn’t receive my 10euros and when ask her she said I put you milk shake the topic which were not necessary to be talk at that moment! When I ask twice she said I will check cameras wait for 2 mins after waiting 15 mins one guy came and said that we don’t have access to cameras! The most I felt strange about.

Then, I spoke with the one lady who said that she’s the responsible and I ask her to convince me some how”

As I realize she was watching me eye to eye and making excuses as I ask her to check the cameras and also ask the one lady who was in charge in cashier to come and talk to me

Further more, she make another excuse that she is in her break and has the right not to come but what about Customer care and right and that why I felt that I got stuck in bang fully organize everything the one like...

On August 27th, we had the pleasure of celebrating our son Luan’s 4th birthday at McDonald’s. Together with 6 children and 7 adults, we experienced an unforgettable evening.

Our expectations were not only met but truly exceeded. Everything was perfectly organized – from the warm atmosphere to the fresh and tasty food – and we felt completely welcomed.

Terrible experience. The drive thru at larnaka stratigou timagia 1 out of 3 orders makes mistakes. Just paid for six nuggets and i received a package of 4. Previous time they didn't put the barbeque sauce which they charged me. Another time they forgot to put the potatoes and i open the bag and saw only a burger inside. And this is only from my experience. Please do something. The restaurant is ok when for dine in very kind people and service. But when i go from drive thru i have to check every time what they have put in the bag and if the order is correct before...
