We had so many dishes that by half way we were full. Every dish was as it should be tasty and full of flavour and cooked very well. Hence, having visited Venari last night, I would highly recommend it. It’s probably one of the best Meze, together with Ayia Anna, we have ever had. If you want the authentic Cypriot Taverna, rather than the ‘tourist’ versions do visit.
The range of dishes, quality and authentic Cypriot food available is excellent. For the experience, do also try the sheep’s head at the end of the Meze. Some really wonderful textures and tastes to be had.
