Our recent dining experience at Red Pepper Restaurant in Larnaca was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we stepped in, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the stage for a remarkable evening. We began our meal with the tuna tartar and the bit roots dish. The tuna tartar was incredibly fresh, perfectly seasoned, and a delightful start to our culinary journey. The bit roots dish was a creative and delicious surprise, showcasing the chef's skill in blending flavors and textures.
For our main courses, we chose the tuna steak and a ribeye steak, prepared to medium. The tuna steak was seared to perfection, maintaining a tender and succulent center that melted in the mouth. The ribeye steak was a highlight of the evening – expertly cooked, juicy, and bursting with flavor. It was evident that only the highest quality ingredients were used, and the preparation was flawless. The service at Red Pepper was impeccable. The staff were quick, attentive, and always pleasant, enhancing our dining experience without being intrusive. Their knowledge of the menu and recommendations were much appreciated. The restaurant's ambiance is sophisticated yet comfortable, with good room space between each guest's tables, making it an ideal setting for a special night out.
Red Pepper Restaurant exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of excellent food, fine wine, and top-notch service made for an unforgettable evening. We highly recommend making a reservation to ensure you experience this gem in Larnaca. It's a must-go destination for...

I was very much looking forward to eat at this place after reading the good reviews but I'm extremely disappointed. I ordered a medium-rare dry aged steak and got a piece of meat that was well done and had a very bitter taste (probably a bit burnt).
After speaking to the friendly waiter, he asked me if I wanted a new steak and I agreed to have a new one. A couple of minutes afterwards, the woman working there (the wife of the owner) came to our table and didn't believe me that the meat wasn't good and was already judging me. She went back to the kitchen and ate a bite of the steak (after asking me of course) and once more told me that this is how it should taste and made me feel bad for telling that I didn't like it that way. She even asked the table next to us if the meat was good and belittled me in front of them.
After a while they made me a new steak and it was so much better than the one I had before - I was happy and told this to the woman and she had the courage to tell me "It's the same steak as before, maybe something is wrong with your taste buds" with a very serious tone. She was extremely disrespectful and didn't even say goodbye after we left.
Absolutely inappropriate and childish behaviour. I hope that she only had a bad day and that this is not the usual behaviour, otherwise I would highly suggest to find a replacement. Food 4/5...
Read moreWhen we first time visited that place, we were in love: tasty food, nice stuff, cozy atmosphere. Some time later we invited our friends ,who just had come to Cyprus, to dinner here. We made reservation for 9 person. When we got together some our friends weren’t hungry. Someone ordered salad and wine, other two just wine and dessert. The lady, hostes I guess, who take our order warned that it’s obligatorily to order a main course or she include in our bill additionally payment. But as I said, some guests didn’t want to order food. We thought, may be she is joking, cuz before if was same pleasantry about doneness degree. And indeed, when we finished, in our bill was 3 additional positions of penalty 10eur each. And no matter that the other 6 guests ordered salads, steaks, and all we drank wine. And our common bill was 300 eur in total. As result, owners earn additional 30 euro for not ordering main course, but lost 9 customers, who will never visited this restaurant again and tell about this situation to all their friends. I am 100% sure, that permanent loyal clients worth a 1000 times more. Totally...
