The food was really nice but the service let us down. We had been before a few years ago, and it was really nice, but this time, it was a letdown. First the food, the main parts were nice the sushi I had was good my favourite was the rhyu(dragon) and the seabass was great as well always presented well. But the thing that was disappointing was the fried rice it was very undercooked to bad to eat so we sent it back and they didn't really acknowledge their mistake or apologise and didn't give us a new one either, this was a small problem but for the price you pay you would expect it to be perfect. The staff also were a bit rude and didn't make the effort to smile or anything, and again, the price isn't matching up to the service. The price has gone up since we had last been, the sushi was €42 and the seabass was €38, but the service and food had gone down, so I think they need to charge less and make the service better. Also, the music inside didn't match the theme of the restaurant at all, and it was too loud.
Overall, the food is really good mostly, but the service and prices...
Read moreCustomer service was poor from the moment we entered. The untrained, unprofessional waitresses/food runners lack common sense and customer service skills. They did not seem to want to be there. Half of the group of our table finished their dishes when the other half got theirs. The food was alright but extremely overpriced. The portions were small compared to the prices. If a person wanted to dine alone and wanted to have a salad (20), try a sushi (19), have main course from the cheaper end (23), have a drink (3,70) and get a dessert (9) would pay over 70 euros. The interior and the music had no Japanese vibe at all. The menu is badly designed. The pages cannot be turned properly.
Any person who enters a restaurant, rich or poor, expects to have a nice time, then leave fed and satisfied.
The restaurant has potential but as it is I am not...
Read moreSo I booked a reservation for my family and we were the only table there. I understand most people go there for dinner but we went early and it was perfect at first. The two Filipino waitresses were helpful and polite. Plus the chef was amazing. Then towards the end a Cypriot waiter came and he was extremely unpleasant. He was constantly on his phone completely disinterested in our table. While I was watching my small child I asked for a knife to be taken to my table for my sister to cut the cake and it’s like I insulted him by asking him and on top of it he comes and tries to give me the knife for me to take it to the table? Like seriously , do you want me to leave my child alone because you’re too lazy to take the knife to the only table that has people at the restaurant ? I don’t want to return to this place if that Cypriot young person is...
