Polinos Kebab House — Local services in Larnaca

After being a customer I was very disappointed last night with the delivery service. We ordered our food, and the delivery driver had wrong address, but our food came cold, and we didn't accept it so was told they remake our order and will be delivered within 10 min, it would not have taken 10mins to go and come back, but it seemed like the delivery guy was told to go around the block for 10mins then come back, and in the end food was still cold. The order was 23euro and delivery guy took 25 then drove off. Never ordering from here again, disgraceful...

I ordered 2 greek pita, one with pork gyros and the other one with pork souvlaki. Satisfying portion for 4.70 each. The woman there was very pleasant and friendly. Moving forward, pork gyros was a bit fatty and a bit undercooked, it needs to be slightly more cooked and with a bit more spices. Pork souvlaki skewer was good and tasty. I ordered pita with olive oil, no sign of oil on it. Tomato was soft with a strange texture. Fries were a bit hard and dry. Last but not least, tzatziki needed garlic. It is a very cool and happy place. I came here with my friends. The food is amazing, and very delicious. The atmosphere is very cute and traditional. Even though it's a beautiful place with amazing food, the service is bad. You can't sit on a table and wait for the food for over 40 minutes. Also it's unbelievable that they brought us starters (dips) without a plate or even pitta. Please, the service needs a lot of work. You can't let people eat with a fork...
