We ordered two desserts at 9:40 pm from the app. 15 minutes later we got a call from wagamama informing us that both desserts we ordered weren't in stock and so we chose the two remaining ones: Asian brownie and banana katsu. The promised time initially was 10:47pm but later changed to 10:59pm after changing our order. It makes no sense to us how two simple desserts could take an hour to deliver. After the expected time passed, we called the restaurant and asked when our order would arrive and they let us know that they were about to come and bring it. About 10 minutes later, the deliver person called us and told us that he got the wrong address on the other side of the city. After re-explaining the address we waited another 20 minutes for our order to finally arrive. When we came downstairs to collect our order, they told us they didn't have any change on them at all. Once we got back upstairs and opened our order, we noticed on the receipt was written the incorrect order (2 banana katsu) but we had the correct order. The ice cream, came looking like a gloopy milkshake mess and it was all drippy in its container. The banana katsu was very small and the Asian brownie had strangley shaped pieces of what we think is ginger. The texture of the brownie was soggy and that of a mousse with nuts. Read moreAWFUL EXPERIENCE. Ordered from foody, subtotal 53€. Ordered 4 portions of sushi, 2 gyoza, 2 salads, chopsticks, wasabi and soya sauce. The delivery came in one and a half hour. No chopsticks, no wasabi, no soya sauce, no second portion of gyoza. The food was chewy like gum and colder than your hearts cause I called the restaurant and gave them a chance to fix their mistake and their answer was “we don’t see your gyoza in our order neither the chopsticks and everything else that didn’t come”. I said its not my problem your app is not working cause I see it here on MY PHONE. I wish i could post a screenshot here of my order. You said you can’t do anything about it. What am I supposed to eat with my hands at the office? Half of the gyoza sauce spilled in the delivery bag and the boy only said sorry and left? What is that? What is happening with your restaurant? Pay some attention to customers! We loved the food but now you are worst than a sandwich stall at the roundabout. Only Wagamama in Limassol still remained their quality. You are not worth it. I payed 1.5 euro extra for mayo, I got pale white mayo, not the kind you eat sushi with. This is ridiculous.
It took more than a hour to bring the utencils after asking via calls, and then via the app which made things work probably.
I would regard what I see as a clear scam. The owners denied my complain. See for yourself what you pay for. When the price is not competitive even without considering the horrible “food” recieved.
I deny calling these rice balls sushi.

P.s same filling problem with the sorimi roll too. All of them. They fake a little of filling on top but i could detach it and eat the RICE...
