When I called to make a reservation the lady told me the entrance fee is “€10 plus one drink for free”. When my group and I went there and shortly after asked for the bill, the bill was at full price with all the drinks charged extra.

Calling for the manager was meaningless because he was spouting nonsense trying to cover up his employee’s mistake, which resulted in making us more agitated as a group.

The only thing that he could offer us for their huge mistake was some “free shots” and nothing of what we negotiated over the phone, whereas a couple from our group had to pay €73 for 2 tickets and 2 drinks?! Outrageous.

They definitely lost 11 possible customers and maybe even more because people talk. Highly NOT...

The food here is to die for...the sushi so amazing. The cocktails were good too and the music was amazing...danced the night away. The staff are courteous and very professional. Would definitely recommend this place as it is convenient to get to and experience the...

I was there with a friend and they said out of blue its with reservation despite of many people insife who were also standing without any table. It was rainy and they have send us back. As always such a security without brains.

Ich war da mit dem Kumpel und der türsteher hat uns und einige nicht rein gelassen. Der meinte alle müssen vorher reservieren obwohl viele keine Tische hatten und einfach standen irgendwo auf Tanzfläche. Es war sehr regnerisch und der hat uns trotzdem nicht reingelassen. Solche türsteher haben kein Gehirn um einfach zu denken wie man mit Kunden umgehen soll.
