In this case, Tom, the manager at Limassol Marina, failed to own up to the mistake or offer any reasonable compromise. This lack of integrity reflects poorly on the marina's overall reputation and could potentially be in violation of Cyprus Consumer Protection Law (Law 103(I)/2007).
