Limassol Town Hall — Local services in Limassol Municipality

I am deeply disappointed by my visit this morning at the Municipality of Limassol. I visited their Offices to issue a parking card and due to the fact that the Officer who handles the issuance of parking cards was absent, they could not assist me and asked me to go back on Monday. I went to the Office of the Director and politely plead with him as maybe another employee could assist me (something that they should have done without me asking since it is included at the services that they provide to the public). His response was 'you should have called', which funny enough I did, and nobody answered. He wasn't interested to assist at all and simply had a plain face to make me go away. I am from Paphos working in Limassol and since they don't have an online service it means that I need to come earlier in the morning to visit their Office and physical issue the card. They increased my fine amount by 50% for paying late, even though I was trying to pay it multiple times before on the webpage, which told this ticket number does not exist. They told me to add registration plate number after fine number (which was not mentioned on the webpage.

Of course they will call you after they wait long enough to increase it by 50%. I was even trying to solve the situation by callling to 4 numbers (each of them reffering to someone else). It's also worth mentioning half of them do not work on fridsy after 12:30.
