Plaka Tavern — Restaurant in Nicosia

What a lovely restaurant! Absolutely perfect. Menu isn't very extensive, which makes your choice very easy. We were a group of 4; 2 had the "mini meze", 2 of us souvlaki. Food was absolutely delicious, too good to take pictures! And the meze kept coming...and coming...and coming. Prices were more than reasonable, and the €2 dessert dish was amazing too and so worth it! Originally didn't think we'd fit that in, but had some in the end and definitely not regretting it. Lovely food, lovely atmosphere, lovely staff... definitely...

The service was pretty slow, due to the volume of people u believer. However, they should adapt accordingly.

Nevertheless, my favourite part was the environment. Inside there was live music, and outside (where we've chosen to sit) it was a beautiful outdoor place surrounded by trees and aesthetic lighting, where there was music playing through the speakers, but it was quiet enough to communicate with our friends.
