With sadness I have to write this unsatisfactory review after getting recommendations from locals to visit this restaurant for lunch. We shared 2 appetizers: Sea Bass Ceviche and Octopus Carpaccio and as a main course we shared Calamari Spanakopita.
The appetizers arrived to the table very soon after ordering (within 2min) as we were surprised that we did not have time to look through what we would like to order for the main course. I was surprised by the promptness, that should have raised questions how could a dish be prepared so quickly. The appetizers were of a mild/warm temperature, which also raised questions since ceviche and carpaccio are dishes usually served very cold.
We started to raise questions an hour after leaving the restaurant as both of us started to have huge digestive issues that lasted for days. It seemed like the fish was spoiled.
Digestive issues lasted for days, instead of enjoying the beach we were in the bed and "enjoyed" trips to pharmacy and unfortunately we are up to today not 100% recovered. Our wish is that this restaurant ensures, that the meals are prepared ad hoc, as it raises doubts, when the dish is served within 2 min of order.
To rate the service, quite inattentive. Seemed like the table of local business men was more important than any other guests. The servers forgot to bring ordered glass of wine to the table. Second time, it took them over 10min to bring the wine, when we were half through the main course. At the they charged us for 3 glasses instead of the 2 we actually had. We have noticed it when the bill arrived and the restaurant...

This os the first time that im leaving a bad review about unfortunately after my experience tonight i had to.
The first thing to mention is about the worst service ever that i experienced here in cyprus, place where Im living at more than 1 year.
They where not helpfull they where rude and ignorant with a big lack of professionalism in the end even One of them was crushing the plates and cups over each other on the table on the front of us, for finish they picked up the desserts and they just put them on the middle of the table with all the dessert plates Over each other and all the small spoones on the top.
NOW ABOUT THE FOOD.
Well how i should be correct for dont hurt feelings of someone, because was the WORST FOOD ever here in Cyprus. I asked for prawns pasta. How it comes? Sauce with no flavour ANY The pasta was completly over cooked And we know the seafood comes Frozen but a restaurant need to know how to Cook it and this One put there on the plate some prawns with almost the ice on them because was not even well cooked and the sauce as i Said before didnt have any taste For finish they put there a kinda of cheese that was not even coming out from the bowl because was also Frozen. I just tasted it and left the most of it on the plate I could not even finish it.
Now that i arrived in the hotel i feel pain in my belly and a feeling that im gona throw up.
I HAVE JUST ONE THING MORE TO SAY
They say sorry to me and i didnt pay. But that is not the point i would prefer to pay as normal or even Higher i dont mind but have a good...
Read moreWe recently visited this restaurant with friends who came on holiday from abroad to enjoy the beauty and hospitality of Cyprus, as well as some traditional food after a swim at the beach.
One of our friends was wearing a bikini top and shorts – something quite common in coastal areas. Out of respect for the establishment, before sitting down, we asked the staff at the entrance whether this attire was acceptable or if a top was required. We were clearly told it was fine, and we were shown to our table without any issue.
However, a few minutes later, a man (who introduced himself as Mr. Andreas) approached us and, in a rather rude manner, said: “Go put on a shirt. This isn’t some beach club.” We politely explained that we had already asked and received approval from the hostess, but he insisted, in a blunt and dismissive tone.
So, a few things Mr. Andreas might want to consider: • If there’s a dress code policy, your entire staff should be informed and aligned. It’s not professional to give customers conflicting messages. • If a correction needs to be made, it can be done with basic courtesy and respect, especially when the customer has asked in advance.
We came expecting a relaxing meal and ended up with a lecture and a tone that belongs more to a school principal than to hospitality. If this is how you treat guests after they’ve followed the rules and asked beforehand, perhaps a refresher in customer service is in order.
A shame, really – the setting has potential, but the...
