I’ve had one of the worst restaurant experiences of my life in this place. Short version: I ended up waiting more than 90 minutes for my food, and I left the place without having received my lunch.
We arrived around 12:10 with a group of seven people. I went inside to ask if they had a table for us. Instead of giving me a precise yes or no, I just got some ignorant mumbling as an answer until he finally said: No, I don’t think it’s possible. That should have been a clear sign for me that this is not a good place to have lunch. Nevertheless, there were several free tables outside, and we asked if we could just push some tables together so that we can sit together outside. The waiter didn’t care to give me a helpful answer, just unimportantly stating “I don’t know”. So we decided to split up and sit at two tables outside. It took them at least fifteen minutes to note down our order and another twenty to bring us our drinks. However, after a while it was getting really hot as we were sitting directly under the sun and there was barely any shade. We asked the other waitress if we could move to a different table in the shade. She approved but we ended up waiting for our food for more than an hour and had to remind them twice of our orders. Guests arriving an hour after us received their lunches before us. Two drinks that we ordered during the wait were not served to us. Finally, after more than 90 minutes of waiting (our lunch break was long over by then), our food finally came but they only brought three instead of four dishes and I ended up not receiving any food. We had to ask again for the fourth meal and they said that they forgot about it and that it was being prepared. They told us that they had forgotten about our order since they did not transfer it to the new table. The place wasn’t crowded at all, and they should have realized that it’s odd that some guests still did not receive their food after such long time of waiting. Anyways, regarding the time, we had to leave urgently and decided to finally pay. Turns out, they wanted to charge us for my meal and the two additional drinks without ever receiving them but we managed to pay close attention to the bill.
All in all, I have never been treated so horrendously oblivious. I have been to a lot of different restaurants all across Europe, and I usually have a really high tolerance for bad service but this one was beyond words. I left the place hungry, without having received any food, despite my friends’ meals looking delicious, and I didn’t even feel like paying for my drink. The waiters seemed unwilling to serve us. Maybe it was their first day on the job. I’ll advice all of my colleagues to avoid this restaurant...
Read moreWe love this place. We actually go there often. Too often maybe ?? 🤔😅 But all their food is just so delicious ! It is vegetarian and vegan friendly so that’s perfect ! Their gyozas are awesome ! The plate is full, the meal is rich and savory! They somehow mix sweet and sour and that’s just too good. They also have a daily menu which sometimes is not on the normal menu so it’s good to try both. The staff is nice, the place too, and they have English menu. They also have a second restaurant close to the station but I’ve heard that they have a slightly different menu. For the sushis, I haven’t tried yet, so I can’t tell. Read moreNa začátek recenze bych chtěl podotknout, že jsem dlouholetým zákazníkem této restaurace, kterou jsem doteď navštěvoval velmi rád. Ale po dnešním zážitku již nikdy víc. Po hodině čekání nám bylo připraveno jídlo, konkrétně kachna. Bohužel těstíčko, ve kterém byla připravena, bylo úplně syrové, místo křupavého. Vzhledem k tomu, že po dlouhém čekání nám poněkud vyhládlo, snědli jsme rýži, zeleninu a část kachny, která se dala pozřít. Po dalších 45i minutách, kdy obsluha stále ne a ne přijít, jsem vzal talíře se syrovým těstem a šel upozornit pravděpodobně majitele na kvalitu jídla a požádat, zda bych mohl zaplatit. Upozorňuji, že jsem nepožadoval žádnou náhradu, ani slevu za již zmíněné zkažené jídlo, pouze jsem chtěl upozornit na nedostatky. Pán si vzal příbor a cca 5 minut zkoumal obsah talíře. Po pěti minutách rýpání do syrového těsta prohlásil “no, můžu vám dát maximálně 50 korun slevu”. Poprosil jsem tedy o účet. Vzhledem k nefunkčnímu platebnímu terminálu jsem byl vyzván o platbu přes aplikaci QR, bohužel ani po několika pokusech neúspěšně. Vydal jsem se proto v chumelenici k 600 metrů vzdálenému bankomatu, abych mohl útratu uhradit. Vrátil jsem se do restaurace, zaplatil jsem a odešel. Poté, co jsem vyšel ven, jsem si všiml jak pan “majitel”, na mne gestikuluje přes výlohu a směje se mi. Vrátil jsem se do restaurace s otázkou, zda mu takové jednání připadá v pořádku. Následoval řev a výsměch před ostatními hosty ze strany “majitele” k mé osobě. Křičel na mne, že jídlo bylo v pořádku, že ho chutnal a já si vymýšlím a nechápe, proč jsem nezaplatil rovnou a neodešel. Po výměně názorů mi sdělil, ať už se nevracím, že o takové zákazníky, kteří mu kritizují syrové jídlo, nestojí. Restauraci jsem navštívil se svou matkou a oběma je nám z již zmíněného extrémního zážitku dost špatně, jak od žaludku, tak psychicky....
