Most expensive meal we had during our three-week stay in the Czech Republic. Also, the worst cocktails we had during our stay and perhaps the worst we've ever had. The good flavor in food, beautiful atmosphere, and quality service prevented this review from being one star.
My wife, six-year-old daughter and I dined here around 17.30 on a Monday in August. Here's our experience.
Coming from the U.S. where Mexican can be found on most corners and having spent a summer in Mexico, the food here didn't compare. But it was flavorful, especially the chimichangas. Nothing was spicy FYI.
Every table gets chips and salsa as an appetizer.
Drinks: Every drink we ordered was just off as if a key ingredient was missing. To start, I got a frozen strawberry margarita. It was very watered down and didn't taste sour or sweet or much of anything. Then we ordered regular margaritas on the rocks. When they come out in a big glass filled one fourth of the way, we thought it was a joke. Nope, it was a splash of again a margarita that was just off. It was really bad and almost undrinkable.
Service: It was on point- friendly, helpful, quick.
Space: It's a beautiful space in the city center. It comes with brighter colors and large dining rooms.
Price: For everything, it came to almost $100 USD- by FAR the most expensive meal we've had in the Czech Republic. In my opinion, not worth the price for fine to good food and...
An ok restaurant with quite high prices. Foodwise was ok in general, most of us we were satisfied with our dishes, nothing wow, the food was good and that's it, I would easily give them 4 stars for the food. Staffwise, here we have an issue, for the first, and I hope the last time I have been pushed aside by a waiter... I was walking straight from the stairs to my friends table in the restaurant, and one of the waiters gently pushed me on a side to let him pass with a plate full of food. Honestly, I was so socked, and it was so unexpected that I didn't even react... also, my friends already started the order, and I don't want to mess up their dinner, so I didn't complain much... Also, my friends noticed that the staff was quite impolite, and they ignored us multiple times, as we were struggling to order extra drinks or food. So overall, Comesor Mexicano, you need to train or fire some of your staff as people will stop visiting you as for sure we...

It was a bit hard to spot this restaurant from the street, as it's located on a 1st floor, not on a street level. There is of course a name of it, but you must go upstairs.
Apparently, it's a busy place, so reservation is good idea. We had luck and sit somewhere. Once done, we've checked the menu. We were suggested to order some appetizers, as - apparently - the kitchen was busy. Guacamole was pretty good - soft with a light taste.
The main dishes were just "ok" and nothing more than that. Considering the fact that the price wasn't low (for 2 main dishes, water, a drink and appetizers we pay ~1300 kr) we were disappointed afterwards. The waiting time was also long. Not sure what was the...
