I waited there at the front, with my ticket in hand, but nobody would come.After a while, and noticing they were practically ignoring me, I asked (in Czech) "excuse me, and my order 33? " A girl just said "Moment", and after a while my order seemed to be ready. Nobody apologized for the delay, though. Food was totally overcooked and cold. French fries tasted not fresh at all. I went to the toilet, but the code number they gave me didn't work, I tried twice, I gave up. And, as this wasn't enough, I couldn't charge my mobile because they have no plugs for the clients. Read moreI want to give it two stars because, well, it's KFC. The food is good the staff are very friendly. About as friendly as a young person could be any working at KFC.
The place is clean. There is an upstairs space but never really enough traffic to open the space.
Just as in the US, folks don't spend time here. The seating is comfortable enough to enjoy your meal but nothing more. So don't plan on spending anymore time here than it takes you to eat...or eat then...
