Our dining experience at Adam‘s was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted by Adam and his staff with warmth and impeccable service that set the tone for an unforgettable evening.

The burgers were an absolute delight—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Each bite was a symphony of tastes that left us craving more. The steak was equally impressive, tender and seasoned to perfection, melting in our mouths with every bite. But the true showstopper was the ribs…fall-off-the-bone tender and slathered in a rich, smoky sauce that had us licking our fingers clean.

Accompanying these stellar mains was a salad that was far from an afterthought. Fresh, crisp, and dressed with a zesty vinaigrette, it was the perfect complement to the heartier dishes. And let's not forget the ice cream—a house creation inspired by Dubai chocolate, it was creamy, velvety, and bursting with a unique flavor that transported us to the exotic lands of the Middle East. It was the perfect sweet finale to our meal.

To top it all off, Adam surprised us with a selection of expertly mixed cocktails that were as visually stunning as they were delicious. Each sip was a harmonious blend of flavors that perfectly complemented our meal.

Judging from the outside I didn't expect much, it looks like a station restaurant or cheap pub. On the inside it's a bit better, but nothing really to indicate the quality of the food unless you happen to examine the high quality balsamic vinegar and olive oil on the tables... I ordered a burger and fries, with modifications to the burger which were observed. The quality of the ingredients is top notch and the execution was flawless. An absolutely delicious burger with caramelised onions and fries. And a Pilsner or two. Ignore the exterior, this place serves a better burger than most of the "quality" burger places in Prague. Service two stars only for the bartender behaviour. The girls were great. Disgusting hygiene behind the bar – shocking! The food at Adam’s Grill in Třebíč was tasty, though on the heavy side – no complaints there. But what ruined the entire experience was the bartender tasting every drink by licking or putting the mixing spoon in his mouth before preparing the next one.
