I got a recommendation for the carp soup – something like bún bo Huế, but with carp. You have to season it yourself a bit more and make it spicier. I had to try it, it was nice, but it didn’t blow me away. I think I prefer bún ốc, which is the soup with mini snails. Either way, the staff was lovely, it’s a family-run business, a great place, and I’d gladly come back to try something other than carp in soup!

Today, my family visited Sapa Market in Prague, overwhelmed by the food options! We settled on “Bún cá Hải Phòng.” The noodles and broth were delicious, with generous portions of fried fish and fish cakes. Service was fast and friendly. Price: only 200 CZK per bowl! Outside, the sugarcane juice and bánh rán were also tasty, definitely a must-try!

Excellent soup. This little place surprised us, soup was great, broth was perfect, add-ons available on the table, the service doesn't speak english but we pointed by finger what we want to eat :D We recommend this one. There's a lot more restaurants around SAPA but only one stomach :D
