Bulka Burger Bar — Restaurant in Prague

I recently visited Bulka and was blown away by the delicious hamburgers and fries that were served. My favorite was the goat cheese burger, which was perfectly cooked and had the perfect balance of flavors. The staff at Bulka were also incredibly kind and gentle, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.

The burger patty was juicy and cooked to perfection, and the goat cheese added a unique and delicious twist to the traditional burger. The fries were also some of the best I've had - crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

I’ll keep it short. I ordered tonight at exactly 10:11pm through Bolt and never received the food. For 20+ minutes, my burger and fries had been riding around Prague, which was clearly visible in the app. I texted the driver many times where my food was. I contacted Bolt and the restaurant but no answer. Finally I reached the driver who said he’s so sorry that his bike malfunctioned. He said food was behind my door. I told bolt I won’t be eating it but will donate it to the homeless. When I opened the door, the food was not there, yet Bolt would not refund my money. This is about principle and it’s not just the fault of Bolt. I was so excited about this place but I had a warm burger from McDonald’s. We came here based on the reviews (and after 2 weeks of eating mostly European food), and it didn't disappoint! My husband and I split the bacon burger and the Korean burger half and half, and both liked the bacon more -- the gochujang mayo in the latter just took over the taste too much. But they were still both some of the best burgers weve ever had - the bun was crisp on the outside but light and fluffy inside, the patties were super good quality beef, and the proportions of the ingredients were very well thought out.

Tip: my husband had his patty medium well (they serve it medium rare ordinarily), and I surprisingly liked his better, because the beef and char came through more.
