OC Flora — Local services in Prague

Prague is lovely and the Atrium Flora is a shopping mall that sells most things,it has clothing,food wine and a Superdrug type place for basic medicines,bleach ,hand cleaners,toilet and kitchen roll.

Be advised Prague is not the most outgoing or friendly city,people are reserved to the point of being rude and especially in shops.

They are not nasty or aggressive but it was occupied by Russia in 1968 I think and the following years were very difficult for the older generation like myself and their youngsters have not travelled as much as other Eastern Europeans and seem somewhat subdued.

They don't like smiling for no reason including friendliness,they don't engage in talks with strangers at all.

They do like you to make an effort at their language insofar as the very basics,hello,good morning,thank you...

I live close by so it's my favorite shopping center and unlike other malls this one is really easy to navigate and it's not so large so you won't walk kilometers to get something! You'll find almost everything there including money exchange office or a key shop. The top floor has a lot of food places including a vegan eatery. What's the most important, there is a cinema including a 3D theater, too. However, you won't find a post office there but it's right opposite the mall. There is a free underground parking for a limited time and if you go to the cinema the parking time is longer. And what's the best you can go in the mall with your dog (except inside most of the actual stores, of course). You are welcome to go inside the pet shop though 🐾. Located right above the Flora subway station, Atrium Flora is a shopping mall where you can find different stores and services.

You can check their website to find the stores you need. To clarify a bit, you'll find clothing stores, cell provider's branches (Vodafone, T-Mobile, O2), UniCredit Bank, McDonald's, KFC, also an adult store Erotic City. The most noticable place here is, however, the only IMAX in Czechia, located in Cinema City movie theater inside Atrium Flora.

One of the downsides of the mall, at least for me, is its indoors area, which isn't offering much like other shopping malls.
