Обслуживание просто ужас!!! Читаю отзывы и понимаю что ваши официанты себя так ведут на протяжении долгого времени и вы ничего с ними не делаете! Неужели вам все равно что люди к вам больше не вернутся именно из за их хамского поведения и то как они плохо выполняют свою работу? Фишки из под пива кидать перед носом, не убрать ни разу со стола. Общение на грубом тоне и недовольные лица вот что видят ваши посетители! Так же в чеке были лишние бокалы пива, вымогание чаевых, после посещения остался максимально неприятный осадок и даже шок! Ни в одном кафе мира у меня не требовали чаевые, да еще и при этом так плохо обслужив нас. Больше никогда не вернемся, вернемся только в том случае, если блондинку и брюнетку уволят из официантов.

Obsluha je prostě příšerná!!! Čtu recenze a chápu, že se vaši číšníci takto chovají už dlouhou dobu a vy s tím nic neděláte! Opravdu je vám jedno, že se k vám lidé už nikdy nevrátí právě kvůli jejich arogantnímu chování a špatně odvedené práci?

Podtácky od piva házet před nosem, ani jednou neuklidit stůl. Komunikace hrubým tónem a otrávené obličeje – to je to, co vidí vaši hosté!

Na účtu navíc byly i sklenice piva, vymáhání spropitného, a po návštěvě zůstal maximálně nepříjemný pocit a dokonce šok! V žádné kavárně na světě po mně nikdo nevyžadoval spropitné, a už vůbec ne při tak špatné obsluze. Už se nikdy nevrátíme, vrátíme se jen v případě, že blondýna a bruneta budou z obsluhy propuštěny.

The service is absolutely awful!!! I’ve read the reviews and I can see that your waitresses have been behaving like this for a long time, and you are doing nothing about it! Do you really not care that people will never come back to you because of their rude behavior and the poor way they do their job?

Throwing beer coasters right in front of us, never cleaning the table even once. Communication in a rude tone and dissatisfied faces – that’s what your guests see!

There were also extra beers added to the bill, and the staff tried to force us to leave a tip. After this visit, we were left with an extremely unpleasant impression and even shock! Nowhere else in the world have I ever been required to leave a tip, especially not after such poor service. We will never come back, and will only consider returning if the blonde and the brunette are removed...

They cannot cook at all. I went here for a business lunch for many months since there were not really other options in this location. Quite never tasty, more than 10 times they gave me raw pork (pork! with blood!), more than 5 times raw fish (with blood), etc. All soups are like they are cooking them for homeless people - just starch and water. Very crowded and noisy at 12-14. In many cases you can wait 10+ min for the waiter. I stopped going here after they brought me a raw salmon, I asked to re-cook, they fried it for 10 more seconds and brought me again - and it was again raw with blood. I gave them the last chance and noted that once again. They brought it to me in 5 min - again raw, again with blood. It's a shame....

Just of the chance colleagues got me into this place for the lunch today. I have to say, I was bit worried as my experience with restaurants out of city centre are how to say politely … not great.

However, I cannot recommend this place enough. From the start to the end, from food, beer, staff. Food was great, fair bit heavy on Czech cuisine, but that what you can expect in Czech gastropub 😁

Staff was great, from managers smiling and greeting as on entry as well as leaving, waiters attending to our every whim. If I remember correct our waiter nam was Lucas, can’t recommend him highly enough.

So to sum it … will be back with vengeance and empty...
