I don't recommend this hotel at all because of the following:
I booked a single room in Olympic Congress and I got a room with three beds. I had the exact same problem six months ago, only then I had a cheaper room at Tristar. I asked if it was possible to remove the third bed and the receptionist said no, it wasn't allowed. (Both times.) I argued that the room on the picture at the time of the booking didn't have 3 beds, so it looked more spacious, but they didn't care. It felt pretty claustrophobic, with no free space at all. It absolutely doesn't make sense to me to sell rooms as single and put three beds in them. At least show the exact pictures of the rooms one is getting cause this way it's very misleading. The air condition was too weak to cool down the room and even though the thermometer was set to 16 degrees it was still pretty hot in the room under my whole stay. It was over thirty degrees outside, so it was almost unbearable. The reception staff was very unkind. I got the impression they were annoyed each time I asked them something. I asked for a late check out at some point and the lady immediately said no, without even bothering to ask for my room number and check. She said the hotel was fully booked and there's no need to check. Later on I heard from many of my friends staying at the hotel that they got a late check out, so I went to the reception and asked again and then the answer was an immediate yes. Again without checking in the system. I couldn't check in early either, even though some other people did. I arrived something after 11 am and had to wait until 16:00. That was the latest check in I've ever had in any hotel. Ever. Overall, my conclusion is the answer depends on the mood of the receptionist you talk too. All in all very...
