Elite Residence Apartment in Prague — Hotel in Prague

BROKEN INTO CARS, STOLEN BELONGINGS, APARTMENTS SOLD TWICE!!!! STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN!!!! We booked a room here through their website. After no confirmation whatsoever, we tried to contact them using email, but got no response at all. When trying to communicate using SMS we simply got responses like "ok" and "sure". After we arrived at the place, we had to wait at least 4 hours before we got any information as to what was going on. When we got our key and got into the apartment, we were surprised to see other guests there that booked the room using booking.com. The garage is not safe, people had their cars broken into and anyone with a simple 4-digit code can access the garage (see photos and other Google reviews). There is only one camera in the garage not even pointing at the cars, but at the floor. The keys are stored in lockers that also open with a 4 or 5 digit code. Do not stay here. the apartment is dirty, full of dust, the shower in the bathroom is moldy, the toilet lid is broken, the bathroom stinks of sewage. The bedding is dirty, stained. The photos show one parking lot, in reality you get another parking lot where the maximum height is 2 meters, but no one informs you about it, when you say that you need space in another parking lot because the car is higher, they refuse to solve the problem. You reserve apartments with parking, but you have to park your car in a private parking lot and pay extra. There are also trams running next to the house, don't even dream about a peaceful sleep. After I entered the apartment, I learned by chance when look at my Booking account that my Reservation was Cancelled by the Premises. Nobody called me or texted me. The Lanlord gave me a number to call Booking Customer Service which doesnt work, first number he have was his own number :). I was frustrated with my wife and 2 children, only thing he says I should leave the apartment. Communication of the Landlord is under Zero, minus grade. Something strange happened.
