Why business go down because of its employees

Me and my friends went to this place earlier this year and had a great time there. I often compared the service of those waitress who are professional and much knowledgeable about the menu. This is why we planned to celebrate my sister in law birthday yesterday 02.11.2023

My sister in law and my wife went there at afternoon for dinner table reservation and order the starters in advance which will save time. The waiter named Mr Arnab took the order and assured us for a good service. Everything was ok and ew were excited. I was explaining about the nice service I witnessed at my last visit

We arrived there at around 8:30pm We were told to sit outside at the lawn as the table were not ready After about 15 min we were given the private room near the restroom The table were not arranged but we did it ourselves.it was ok We too about 20min to arrange the tables cutting cake Then we asked about the starters We received starters about 9:25pm Main course at 10:10pm

It's not about the timeing We understand the shortage of manpower But what was the point of going there and giving pre order When there is 9 people sitting there why the itms didn't came together The veg people ate alone and the non veg people were waiting Till the nonveg dishes came the veg people were over eating We Assamese people know what is joha rice . Giving some low quality scented rice in the name of joha rice

When asked about the poor service Mr Arnab argued with us that it's like that only and when we showed unsatisfied on being poor timing of the food served, Mr Arnab said he has everything in his record

Atlast the atmosphere ruined the entire Birthday celebration and no professionalism among the staff was seen My openion about this resturent has really changed I would like to request the owner to look into the matter and take necessary action Cctv footage are there only

I don't recommend this resturent now and would also request others to think twice before celebrating any special moments there There are many good places in...
