Family Buffet — Restaurant in Billund Municipality

The food was nice and the variety was enough in my opinion with different options for proteins, carbs and veggies&salads (still not worth the money but in logoland you don't have many options so it should not be compared with regular restaurants I guess). However the staff is not nice and even RUDE! When we entered the restaurant we were seated in a small round table for 4 (we had 2 children and lots of backpacks&coats as you may imagine). The table had no space to put our stuff and also it was really small-we hardly put 4 plates and 4 glasses on it and we had to eat while our knees bumped to each other during lunch. It was really uncomfortable. Also we had to put our backpacks on the floor! Before getting seated we asked the responsible for a bigger table but they insisted we could only use the one they are offering (even though it was not a busy hour and there were a lot of free and bigger tables around! I cannot believe how rude they are! While we were eating, we saw that on the same type of table they seated 2 adults. Also they seated less people on bigger tables than ours. So — no empathy or effort to find a solution from the staff whatsoever. I later submitted a complaint about how we were treated and was told it was due to fire safety regulations. First of all, the food was ok but too expensive. Also, the team lider wasn’t nice to us because she didn’t let us go inside the restaurant after going to the outside toilets. We didn’t see that inside the restaurant there were toilets. She didn’t belive us so we had to wait outside the restaurant the rest of the family that were inside the local. They sat in another table next to the inside toilets while they were waiting my grandmother, who was in the toilets. And the team lider started to yell at them because they weren’t sitting at the same table accusing them of getting the table dirty.
