Updated review (see original review further down): So we went back. The food was still very good, but the service had somehow gotten even worse. Due to this poor poor service we're sadly not coming back. The first time we were there, we were told that they were low on staff, hence the slow service. Fair enough, but coming back 2 months later and having a worse experience and even slower service, there is no excuse.

It took us equally long to order, but the wait for the mains were an hour. We did not get a refill on the water for the entire hour, even tho we had emptied it between the servings of drinks. We had to leave without ordering dessert due to one party member getting too dehydrated.

The table next to us were waiting even longer but they were also a large party. They were served bread, we were not.

We ordered the same drinks as the first visit but this time the Marquis had significantly less, almost half, of what it had during the first visit.

First review: Food: 5 stars, Service: 3 stars, Atmosphere: 3 stars. The food was very good! My pasta starter was cold when it arrived but the rest of the food was hot. The chicken was mind-blowingly good, strongly recommend it! Definitely get the chicken rather than the steak.

The service was alright however extremely slow. We had to wait 20 min just to order and spent a total of almost 2 hours. Normally we dine an hour, so the wait time was long. We didn't get desserts either. The waiters apologized for the wait every time they came to our table. The food was represented to us by the waiter.

That is the worst service waiting time in my life. I went there with my wife and two kids. The food came to table 2 hours 20 minutes after order. Even though it was not so crowded, they brought just a chicken stick nearly 2.5 hours. Of course the children went asleep. I didnot advice to visit there. Really nice restaurant with friendly staff and great food. Not the most luxurious feeling to eat a nice dinner at the same table you had your morning breakfast, but it is a hotel after all, and for a hotel restaurant it's really great.
