Cibo — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

Me and my girlfriend have been welcomed by a very rude and arrogant person who appeared to be the manager. We asked an information about the menu to a guy working at the counter, this other person came straight to me asking me if I was Italian. He claims he figured out because Italians ask too many questions. I naively thought he just fell into a clumsy attempt to be funny, so I played along, until he told me that there’s no right way to make pizza, and basically started speculating about what am I even doing in Denmark. Hilarious, I am wondering what is he doing in an Italian wannabe restaurant , if he has such a negative opinion about Italians. Anyway, I decided to give it a try anyway, mostly not to start an argument in front of my girlfriend. When we got our pizzas I understood what he meant. He simply didn’t figure out the proper way to make the pizza, that’s all. Terrible food, terrible service, terrible experience. Original: The pizza was good considering the given price. The service could have been faster though.

Updated: since my last feedback (4/5) the pizza quality has been dramatically decreased. I have tried them several times just to give more chances to support local business as we are living near by, but what got in return was disappointment. I have to change my rating since the quality of pizza has been reduced, it’s often comes burnt and the staff are not very helpful with keeping of the requests in orders.

Update2: we gave them couple of more chances and finally today we made our decision that we would never order from them! Today we ordered French fries with the pizza for home delivery, the pizza was awfully oily and the fries we were so old and it contained piece of smashed garlic on top of it!!!!! 😳 you can see it in the picture. I went there with 3 friends to order, and the guy taking our order was extremely irritated and rude towards the last one of my friends who was ordering, because we were ordering one by one. He wanted all food first, all drinks after, but he didn't explain it nicely; on a high an condescending tone "listen, if you order drinks, you will get no food. got it?!?". Very harsh towards my friend, she replied she thinks she can still order what she wants, when she wants, then the guy kicked her out. Shouted at her several times "Bye-bye!". Other potential customers left when they saw this, we left as well without making a scene more than he did.
