Fusion — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

Food and drinks were great. One of the waitresses was checking on me and I had enough attention to cover all needs

Than in a few hours another waitresses told me that I must leave immediately cuz all is reserved. I told her I need extra time and she said I must leave now

Obviously I stayed cuz I shouldn't be forced to leave like that. Please inform me for at least 15 minutes before some table is reserved (better half an hour)

I was going to order more to drink after brunch and a few cups of coffee, even if it's just before leaving

Changing to 2 stars just because the first waiter was really kind, provided nice service and food was good.

Instead of apologies you have answered rudely for no reason and lied. I drank a couple of coffees and ate food! Also was going to order more but you sent me out.

Nonsense, I even visited that place again cuz didn't want to have a bad impression, again had a meal and COUPLE of coffees, didn't even open my laptop cuz you told me not to before I even sat.

You are the worst service provider, ngl.

Btw, when I visited that day I was using my laptop and kindly asked about what time the restaurant is going to be close, could think about telling me those rules beforehand.

Thought I'd treat myself to the steak on the last night of my short break in Copenhagen. I wish I hadn't bothered. Fusion has a very nice comfortable and welcoming atmosphere with attentive and personable staff. All is well until the food arrives. My partner had the curry chicken with the 'sauce' more of a pond being so watery, ok, maybe the thickness of a sauce can be subjective and I'd be willing to give the benefit of the doubt. No excuse for the steak, however, having paid a very high charge, similar price to a superb steak restaurant in town the day before, it arrived overdone and overcooked to such an extent it was difficult to discern how it was cooked! My guess (I did ask but the staff's response was an unconvincing "on the grill?") would be reheated at least twice, second possibly microwaved, which is completely unacceptable at any price, never mind top dollar! I made my opinion clear whilst paying but staff made no attempt to offer any valid explanation or redress the situation as I clearly couldn't eat at least half of a very expensive meal! Fusion is a no-unnecessary-frills restaurant with great food and a relaxed atmosphere.

Everything on the menu sounds delicious. I personally went for chicken bao and the fried chicken curry - both of which were tasty. I was also lucky to try the fried noodles and chicken from one in my party of friends - also super delicious. There were several vegetarian options as well.

The drinks menu has a variety of beverages, including several beers, wine, and a decent cocktail menu as well.
