Honest review! After seeing this bakery pop up all over the internet we decided to try it. Unfortunately, we felt so disappointed.
The line was painfully long. We are used to waiting in bakery lines in Copenhagen, but getting to the front took just under 1 hour, because of extremely slow service.
While standing in the line youâre bothered by people moving in and out to take photographs; be prepared to be photographed by other customers.
Their menu is quite small which is fine! But after being on a bus for 40 minutes and the line for 55 minutes, finding out that a few things had sold out wasnât great. We had no choice but to order the Berliner and a slice of focaccia. This was before 11am well, how can stock be so low?
Trying to find a seat was also tough. People were âholding tablesâ while their friends stood in the line. So even though we actually had plates of food, we couldnât sit down because there were empty tables being held by people waiting.
My advice: go extremely early, before the rush of people arrive. Donât bother going after 10am - you wonât get the items you want, and will wait up to an hour to get them. The things that sold out looked so tasty, we are sad we didnât get...

The café features a charming rustic style and also sells a variety of food ingredients and raw materials. The menu items are written on the glass windows and seem to change with the seasons. Coffee here is brewed with PROLOG beans, with black coffee served as batch brew from a machine.
That day, the menu appeared to be entirely vegetarian. We ordered a ciabatta sandwich and a potato focaccia. The dishes looked beautiful and delicious, with a distinct autumn vibe.
Perhaps our expectations were a bit too highâwe found the focaccia somewhat average, with the bread a little dry. However, the sandwich was absolutely exceptional. We never imagined a vegetarian sandwich could be this simple yet flavorful. The combination of pumpkin filling, ricotta&salsa verde, fresh greens, and the bread was perfectly balanced. Itâs amazing how such seemingly simple ingredients came together to create such a harmonious flavor. This is hands down the best vegetarian sandwich weâve ever had! (Not comparing it to plant-based meat or other mock-meat...
Read moreThis morning, I visited a bakery/coffee shop located in a former industrial area, accessible by bus in about 30 minutes from the city center. The warm and welcoming atmosphere immediately appealed to me, creating an ideal setting for a gourmet break.
The rye bread was exceptional, offering a crispy crust and a dense crumb, perfectly balanced in flavors. The rustic oatmeal cookies were delicious, with just the right amount of sweetness, highlighting the richness of the grains.
As a fan of sausage rolls, I appreciated the savory and well-seasoned filling offered here. However, the puff pastry was too greasy for my taste, which somewhat overshadowed the enjoyment of the dish.
Intrigued by their âblomster bun,â a fragrant and not overly sweet pastry, I was unfortunately disappointed by its excessively greasy texture, to the point of not being able to finish my portion.
Despite these few reservations, I plan to return to further explore their offerings, convinced that this bakery holds other culinary treasures...
