ABSOLUTE MUST-TRY If you're a fan of African cuisine or just looking to try something new, Baobab's food is an absolute must-try! Located in Reffen, this street food container serves up some of the best Gambian food in town. Using locally-sourced ingredients and traditional cooking techniques, the dishes at Baobab are bursting with vibrant flavors and spices unique to Gambian cuisine. Not only is the food incredible, but the location is fantastic as well. With the option to sit on the beach, in the coolest "street-style" environment, you'll have a unique culinary adventure. The staff is also super friendly, adding to the welcoming atmosphere.

Undoubtedly one of my favourite food stall in Reffen. The Damodar stew was top notch, authentic and cooked with passion. Hats off to the chef. The place is also friendly for vegetarians 🌱 and vegans. Considering that many people come and go, they are attentive to their food as well as service. Even big restaurants should learn from shops and owners like this one. Would recommend this shop to everyone who visits Reffen, wants to experience true good African flavours. Will definitely go back as soon as I can. Thank you for the great food and experience to the guys at Baobab. ☺️

Wheeewwww!👍🏾❤We saw this restaurant on a YouTube review and definitely couldn't wait to come pass when we arrived in Copenhagen! Reffen is a wonderful experience of so many diverse dishes and BAOBAB was hands down one of the BEST we tasted! After the sample we we're offered, we returned and got the full order of The Classic Chicken Domodar with the plantains - MUST HAVE!😋The owner and staff were very friendly & accommodating! We definitely plan to return the next time we are in Copenhagen!
