Went there on a Thursday night. If you plan to go make sure to get a reservation because for some reason the place is popular. Well it might be the price because it’s relatively cheap. Buuuut the taste? Terrible! My first visit was in the end of 2021 and back then at least it was ok. But last week when I visited and tried many things on the menu there was not a single thing that was delicious. It is so interesting how they even managed to serve tasteless edaname I’m still surprised (maybe because it was very cold). It’s so sad that there wasn’t one single thing to call delicious because in this very small city one does not have many options but even without the options I would rather not go there. Located in a safe neighborhood nearby to a plaza in Esbjerg, this sushi restaurant is an excellent choice. The restaurant is budget friendly, great service, amazing quality food, and clean pleasant ambiance. The waitstaff speaks Danish and English and explained how the menu works. You can order buffet style where you select from an iPad and get smaller portions of a large variety of food delivered to your table. I love sushi, but the sushi I ate here is easily the best one I had in my entire life. I don't know how to explain it, but the taste was simply on a different level. You could taste every single thing in the sushi and tell exactly what it was. This was not just going out, this was an experience! Very good choice for vegetarians too(my gf is vegetarian and she loved it goo). I can recommend it from the bottom of my heart. We tried the ad libitum and it is a very good value...
