As we were ordering we were informed that there's no chef in today so we can't have food. The first time I experienced any unfriedlieness in denmark by the way. As to why you need a chef to make sandwiches and salad is beyond me, but we hungrily coped and ordered a piece of cake each. Service was slow and seemed overwhelmed and unfortunately quite incapable. We paid for our order, were handed our lemonades and went to choose a table. After 20 minutes someone came, carrying two pieces of cake, looking around as to whom they might belong to. We said those were ours. The recipt on the tray said two lemonades (which stood in front of us) and said pieces of cake. The waitress asked for an order number, which we didn't receive but we told her that that was our order and we paid for it while ordering outside. She put the cake down in front of us to then pull a 180 and take the plates away from us to carry them to a different table and ask there wether it was their cake. Bold move, but stemming from lack of training and experience. After confirming that indeed the order must be ours we were given our plates back, not a word of apology uttered. We paid 20 Euros for two small glasses of lemonade and to small pieces of cake. Abominable service, no organisation whatsover to make live for staff and customers easier and more streamlined. One server walked around in dirty shorts and sandals. I mean no pressure to wear a white shirt and tie but a least a modicum of professionalism would have been nice. We got the impression that they don't care about a great guest experience a lot. Peeling signs how you should behave everywhere. Not many thoughts given as to how a paying guest might feel it seems. Ambience is really beautiful but we will spend our money elsewhere...

Secondly, the mulled wine is super delicious and what a cute touch to serve it in a chemistry testing beaker!! and lastly, the open sandwich was to die for! And don't forge to grab a bottle of (natural) wine while you are there. Their...
