A true gem for anyone looking to experience real Danish hygge! This cosy and clean coffeehouse offers eco-friendly, homemade food and drinks, making every bite and sip feel special. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the friendly staff make you feel right at home. I was especially looking forward to their famous cheesecake (which is to die for!), but unfortunately, it wasn’t available this time—just a reason to come back again next holiday! Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and delicious experience.

In Ribe ist dies eines der ersten (Frühstücks-)lokale das morgens sehr früh öffnet. Wir haben hier zwei Mal gefrühstückt. Der Service war super freundlich. Ich finde es nicht schlimm, wenn es mal länger dauert, schließlich komme ich auch nicht hierher um meinen Kaffee in fünf Minuten herunterzukippen. Die Damen tun ihr Bestes und waren trotz sichtbarem Stress sehr freundlich! Man kann drinnen und draußen sitzen. Drinnen ist es sehr gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Kaffee hat eine hohe Qualität. Die Kuchen waren nicht nur sehr lecker (besonders der Käsekuchen 🤤) sondern auch hausgemacht. Das schmeckt man. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut angemessen. 100% empfehlenswert 🫶🏻

Waited 40 minutes for two cappuccinos — impressive, considering there was no crowd at all. About 4–5 staff members were present, though it was hard to tell what exactly they were doing. Speed and basic barista skills seem to be optional here. At least the cheesecake, which eventually appeared after the endless wait, was actually good. Truly unforgettable experience… just not...
