Pinocchio — Restaurant in Esbjerg Municipality

While visiting Ribe on the west coast of Denmark, the four of us decided to stop at Pinocchio for a late lunch. This is a very charming pizzeria and the place is quite quaint. The server was quite attentive and spoke enough English to assist us. The menu was nice and clear in both English and Danish. We each ordered a pizza and drinks. The Danish Tuborg beer was nicely chilled and the drinks arrived promptly after ordered. Subsequently, the pizzas arrived and they were delicious. Pricing was reasonable in the frame of prices in restaurants in Denmark. They accept all major credit cards. The pizza is probably good. Stay with pizza here. We tried the meat and it says beef tenderloin (oksefilet) but no way. I ordered medium, it came well-done. I called the waiter and they made me a new one. When the waitor serve it he said "I'm so sorry, I see it's well-done again".... The "steak in creamy sauce" was suddenly a tomato sauce which it didn't specify in the menu 🙄 when I told them it should say it's tomto in it (allergic-reasons) the girl said "Um.. That Italian Restaurant is perfect for families, smart and very friendly service and very good food . My family and i stayed 3 days in Ribe and were each !! day for dinner in the restaurant. We are from Germany and the service speak danish, of course, english and also german in a perfect way. When we will return to Ribe , we will enter that restaurant as first for a great lunch.
