In English:

I’ve been a regular customer at Forno A Legna for quite some time, and I’ve always enjoyed the quality of their pizzas. However, my experience on Sunday, November 3, 2024, was beyond unacceptable, and I feel the need to share it.

I went to pick up two pizzas, and from the moment I arrived, I was met with a shocking level of disrespect from one of the employees. There were two people working at the pizza counter, and I want to emphasize that it was the red-haired guy who behaved completely inappropriately. As soon as I walked in, he began mocking me by repeatedly calling me “My Friend” in a sarcastic and jokey tone—at least 50 times in the span of 10 minutes. I tried to remain calm, but things only got worse.

When it came time to pay, the card machine, which often has issues, didn’t work properly. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he accused me of blocking the system and even questioned if I had enough money, which was completely out of line. I eventually paid using MobilePay, but even after the payment went through, he rudely demanded that I show him the receipt on my phone, something that is usually the system’s responsibility, not the customer’s.

I showed him the receipt and politely asked him to stop being disrespectful, but he became aggressive and tried to intimidate me in front of all the other customers. When I mentioned that I would speak to his manager, he escalated further, pointing at the door and shouting “Out, out, out!” in a humiliating and aggressive manner.

This level of behavior on Sunday, November 3, 2024, is unacceptable, especially considering that I’ve never had an issue with the other staff members at Forno A Legna. I want to emphasize that this seems to be a problem specific to this individual, as I’ve always had positive experiences with the rest of the team. However, because of his behavior, I won’t be coming back, even though I used to be a loyal, regular customer. It’s a real shame, because the pizzas are great, but customer service needs to be treated with...

If you want to get a quick pizza while in Frederiksberg then this is the place!

I have been here many times and I can say for sure that it is my favourite pizza in Copenhagen and has to be top 3 for any foodie in the city.

The pizza itself is just superior to any other you can get (with very few honorable exceptions), it is made in a stone oven, which you can see right when you open the doors and it's cooked with wood, as the name of the restaurant suggests.

They have a lot to choose from with 55 pizzas available right now and of course you can customise any of them to your liking. Personally, I love any pepperoni pizza and they have many variations of it on the menu.

I guess that the restaurant's main concept is take away as pizzas are served in cardboard boxes even if you dine in. It's not a drawback, I think it adds to the atmosphere which is created inside, although I would like to see a more simplistic style which is so iconic for Denmark.

I love the staff working there, I have many lovely conversations with them and you should try talking to them too!

Top pizza in Copenhagen for a great price, made in an authentic natural way, nothing fancy, just...

Terrible customer service. Negative stars

This was my 3rd and last time visiting the pizziera. My 2nd visit was also met with rude, standoffish and careless behaviour.

The pizza was ok, but not worth the wait. I was told 30mins and waited for an hour. When I came in to check on the status of my pizza I was met with a rude response. I was told, "don't ask me, ask someone else I don't know" then he scoffed at me. I was in complete shock, as I've never experienced such dismissive customer service. However It wasn't just me the rudeness extended to...

There was also another customer they rudely refused a cash payment off 3 times, then made fun of him whilst doing it. Then another customer they were blatantly difficult with and made fun of him when he went to receive his pizza. Completely shocking

I feel they felt they could be rude because, they have alot of customers coming in and out of the shop and clear "favourites" that they could treat people in such a poor and unwelcoming manner.

Strongly recommend not going to this pizzeria, unless you want to be disrespected and...

Definitely not recommended to go here anymore. I’m open to dealing with most people, but the pizza staff here is incredibly rude. I have been here several times, and I used to like it, but now I think their time has passed. They were laughing at customers in a demeaning way, and too busy having their own fun in the kitchen to care about the orders given. While we were waiting we had a beer, then noticed the glasses were dirty, asked for new ones, and then the new ones were dirty as well. We then got the wrong pizzas, and they were extremely loud and rude about it, despite us simply saying that they got it wrong, but that’s what happens when they are cracking jokes in the kitchen and not listening to the orders. Pizzas were lacking in taste, and crust is nothing to brag about compared to the incredible options we have in Copenhagen. Forno used to be a classic place in the area, but that time has passed. Not worth it anymore.

Man. What a surprise. Looks like a normal takeaway place, but no wonder it's so busy. A family owned restaurant. Staff speak Italian, which creates that certain feel. The food is excellent and an extra star is gained with the freshly made sauces. People came in to fill sauces in the plastic cups provided and took it home. Lots of it. Olive oil garlic, chili sauce and lots of ground spices to season. Great. Go there if you can, it's worth the wait.
