I went to have something hot to drink and a piece of cake. Their menu said they had an offer for latte & cake, so I asked to get this. I wanted a chai latte, and asked if the price was the same, since it was a latte and the cost was the same, whether it was a coffee or chai latte. I was told it was.

When it came to pay, I was told I couldn’t get the offer, since it was a chai latte I had taken, and not a coffee. I told them the price for the individual items was the same, and the offer said latte & cake, and not coffee latte. They said that was how it was, and they would talk to their boss. So I had to pay full price, which I found really rude and unwilling, when I had asked in the beginning. Good location, boring food. I had Nachos. There was not enough cheese, the cheese was not cheddar, so it dried out easily leaving dry cheese and lots of tortilla chips with nothing on. The chicken was the cheapest kind you can buy, the Jalapeños were dry and the dips were cheap/poor quality as well. I mean, it's not hard to make good nachos!! They pack you in like sardines too. This is the third time we are eating here. It has a good location, a bit away from the buisy Street and a good outdoor sitting area. Food is above average. There are different tasty and interesting food options. We like very much the brunch, and recomend it, if you come before 13:00. On the down side is the big portions for the a la carte, but you can allways divide. Also I hope there will come a law against smoking where you eat. This is of course a problem for all...
