On 01/09 at 15:45 I sat in the cafe with my wife and we ordered a wok dish with tigerrejer and a grilled chicken burger. The waiter informed me that she did not have the grillet kyllinge chicken and suggested me the crispy chicken burger, I asked if she could not change the chicken grilled for the crispy because in crispy there are jalapenos, guacamole, things i don't like but the waiter said it is impossible just to change the grilled chicken for crispy (both are the same price), I work in restaurant as a cheff and i know that since there is one item in the missing menu we have to suit to compensation a customer requirements, conclusion only my wife ended up having lunch, will not be returning and will not recommend to anyone known the restaurant, two things can be done regarding better training with waiter and flexibility when products...

Came for the brunch, left hungry. We found a table on the square and went into the bar and ordered brunch. Went back to our table just outside and waited. And waited. And... Finally went back in to ask when we could expect to be served only to be told that they hadn't taken our order. Apparently you have to pay when ordering. And apparently if you don't know this, they don't tell you and just let you wait indefinitely.
While waiting we ordered (and paid for) a juice. Got a smoothie. It tasted like readymade guacamole.
Not sure how the rest of the food is. Luckily there are lots of other places nearby that hungry would be customers of Vivaldi can visit after getting exposed to...

7 years ago when I visited Hillerød I came here every day for three weeks having special breakfast and lunch. So we were looking back to visit this place again and were really really dissapointed. Now for the first time back but the service isn’t as good as years back. In this place that isn’t cheap, they also dont offer free WiFi.That is a very weak as management that you decide that not to give that service. Also they want that you pay your order before you have consumed. That wasnt so years ago. It is not good for the customers, but also not good for the business of Vivaldi.
