Tucked away down a small side street, Restaurant Johansens is a beautiful and cozy spot that’s well worth seeking out. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff were incredibly polite and attentive. When the food arrived, each dish was nicely presented and explained in detail.
I had their stjerneskud, which was delicious and generously portioned — I couldn’t have eaten another bite afterwards. My girlfriend ordered the tartare, which she found decent, though not particularly memorable. Another person in our group had the chicken salad, which they said was quite good, while the open-faced potato sandwich turned out to be a bit disappointing, with underwhelming potatoes and a rather bland overall impression.
We were lucky to get a table without a reservation, but I’d recommend booking in advance if you plan to go — it seemed like the kind of place that could get quite busy at times.

Outstanding service and friendliness by everyone of the staff and absolutely delicious flavour combinations I didn't ever taste before. Every dish was explained in detail and the staff clearly love what they do. Lively but not loud atmosphere where everyone seemed to enjoy themselves.
