An unexpected find in Svendborg, where my family was passing by for one night. The two founders had worked at various well-known institutions in Denmark and it shows in their attention to detail & happy use of ingredients. We had turbot with cream sauce & small potatoes, homemade stracciatella with fruit, “Svendborg ham” with spring onion sauce & fruits & a half bottle of Sancerre.
