Shoji — Restaurant in Higüey

I'm a big fan of sushi and this restaurant scratched the itch. The Tataki was good and the dessert was fantastic! The champagne was also good for $55 (cremant de bordeux). The dragon roll didn't have eel and the filling was skimpy.

My wife in gluten free and they easily accommodated her by cooling salmon by using tamari instead of soy sauce.

Overall it was a good meal and I would eat here again, but not a favorite. If they can get a proper sushi chef this could be a winner...

Sehr gute Küche, Sushi und das Sashimi war sehr gut. Die Hauptspeisen von uns waren auch sehr gut gekocht. Der Lachs war innen noch glasig, so wie ich das mag. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend...
