El Parrillon Monumental — Restaurant in Santiago de los Caballeros

The food was cold and over cooked I asked for picanha steak but the chefs didn’t know the difference between skirt or a round steak the side order were completely over cooked ( green plantain and yuca frita) also the food was overpriced considering the conditions of plate so bad that I had to complain to the supervisor told her that if the chefs is cooking a plate and noticed that the food is not up to the standards he should never send it out to the table causing me a bad experience The drinks were ok Music on the lower level ok But stay away from the food and avoid disappointment

They played a DR traditional music which is very nice and super fun. The service was very friendly until I left behind my water bottle and came back the next day, and the employee lied to me, saying that the manager was not there, my attorneys were with me at the time and asked to talked to manager happened that manager was there. I ordered a churrasco medium well with fried plantains "tostones".. I received a extremely well done churrasco and when I ask if they can make me another one medium well, the waitress replied "u are going to be charged for another one", I was shocked, then they run out of plantains in which I found crazy, and instead brings me a plate of soggy fries without even asking me .... Lol unbelievable.... lucky I was with my family, cause if not, I would've of had just left the food and not pay for anything. Awful experience, would not ever return...
