Gramus Fusion Wings — Restaurant in Santiago de los Caballeros

I found this place online and I couldn't wait to try the different types of wings. Online it states that this place opens at 3PM. I go at 3:30,some guy tells me they open at 4 PM. Didn't wait until 4 because I was hungry. Two weeks later I go to the place at 5:45...some girl tells me that they'll open in 10 minutes. Going to this place is a waste of time and gas because they open whenever they want to. Not when they're supposed to. I guess the owners parents gave them this restaurant because a responsible business owner would realize that the employees depend on the customers to earn money. But they can't even get tips because the selfish owner is only thinking about... nothing...

Dos estrellas por la buena atencion y disposición de la mesera que tienen... Esto fue la peor experiencia gastronómica en cuanto a comer hamburguesas 🍔 se refiere, intentaré definir a lo que ellos llaman hamburguesas: Un pan frío de nevera (Siii, frío que lo sacaron de la nevera y no lo calentaron en la plancha antes de armar), carne que le dieron forma con la mano al parecer, dura que no se podía ni masticar y un sabor crudo por dentro (malisiiima calidad la de esa carne) y la longita del queso americano (siii el que no es queso que viene en la fundida) y las papas una cuarta parte quemadas. Esa fue la mejor hamburguesa... La de mi compañero era la de pila de bacon, ok no mintieron esta tenia un par de tiras de bacon, pero friiiiiaaaassss y blandas y el punto final fue vacearle un chorro de una "salsa especial" que tal parece jamás pasó por la plancha para completar o condimentar el bacon o la carne, esto tan parece vino también de la dichosa nevera toda fría, sin sabor y toda aguada a enchumbar el pobre pan que también. Envía de la nevera...

Ni aunque literal me regalen las hamburguesas volvería a este lugar o los recomendaría, sentiría que sería hacerle un daño a la persona. Mi experiencia fue desastrosa, a ustedes les recomiendo pararce en Júpiter Hot dogs y comprarse una hamburguesas de 250 y tratar de imitarla 100 mil veces mejor.

El lugar es de fácil acceso, pero si vas a almorzar no lo recomiendo, gran parte da el sol y si llueve como me paso a mi te mojas hasta donde incluso esta techado.

HAY QUE TRABAJAR BASTANTE EN ESTE LUGAR DESDE LA COMIDA, HASTA LAS INSTALACIONES... CIERREN 1 MES Y VULEVAN RENOVADOS CON MENU NUEVO. MUSICA NUEVA, ARREGLEN LO QUE SE SUPONE DEBE SER TECHADO CUANDO LLUEVE.

HAY POTENCIAL, PERO ESTA MUY MAL ADMINISTRADO, ESPERO QUE EL DUEÑO O ENCARGADO COMA AL MENOS UNA HAMBURGUESA Y CALIFIQUE EL MISMO Y...

This may be my new favorite place to go to in Santiago. There is no way you can beat the prices, the service, and the quality of food. No way! Couple that with no ITBIS (tax) and no Ley added to the bill. This place is awesome! But far the wings are the best. And you get to pick your own sauce out of about 20 choices. Got to give kudos to their Margaritas also! Best in Santiago and maybe best in the Country! Complete with Chili...
