Fantastic Experience at Mr. Grill! I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mr. Grill in Santiago, and I must say, it was a truly exceptional experience from start to finish. Let's start with the most important part: the food was absolutely fantastic. Every dish that came to our table was cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor, and beautifully presented. You can tell that they use high-quality ingredients and take pride in their culinary creations. Whether you're in the mood for grilled specialties (as the name suggests!) or other delicious options, Mr. Grill will not disappoint. Beyond the incredible food, the music and ambiance were also top-notch. The atmosphere was lively yet comfortable, creating a perfect setting for a relaxed evening out. The music selection was excellent, adding to the overall enjoyable vibe without being overwhelming. It truly enhanced the dining experience. Finally, I have to commend the waitresses who were incredibly attentive. From the moment we were seated until we left, the service was impeccable. They were friendly, efficient, and always ready to assist with a smile. Our drinks were never empty, and any questions we had were answered promptly and knowledgeably. The attentiveness of the staff truly made us feel valued as customers. Overall, my experience at Mr. Grill in Santiago was outstanding. The combination of delicious food, a fantastic atmosphere with great music, and exceptionally attentive service makes this a must-visit restaurant. Mr. Grilled, one of the few places that have consistent food quality, as well as consistent costumer service.

I come here almost every time I visit this city because I know I will be able to get excellent food and outstanding service.

Most of the time I get the same thing, which consist Shrimp Mofonguitos with a side of avocado and a side of yellow rice. I love this combination. However, the other dishes offered here are also really good. When I do not get what I mentioned above I get chicken croquettes, spicy sausage, the parmesan eggplant dish, the Maduro Chicken Brest, Chicken wings or Mr. Manny; a dish inspired in one of the owners of the place.

They also make lunch specials Monday - Fridays. Which are also really good. I recommend getting here early for those. Otherwise, the regular menu is also available during lunch. There are plenty of parking on the two sides of the restaurant. I don't know if it is still available during the COVID-19 pandemic, but they used to have a car wash, on the left side of the parking area.

A kids play ground is also available inside and outside of the restaurant, where your kids can be entertained for some time.

The restaurant has an open concept, like a terrace, however an area with AC is also available.

They used to make pizzas a la leña, but it may be suspended because of COVID-19.

Lastly, I will continue to visit the place since I receive great food, amazing costumer service and I get treated...

We were recommended to this place. Looked really nice and though the reviews says service was bad we still gave it a chance. We showed up, were sat right away but had to ask for the menu. Then ask for a waitress to help us one girl said, oh she will be helping you but she’s busy now. The girls was cleaning tables, we said ok. We waited for a while before we can even order drinks- which we didn’t even have drinks menu. We asked for it. Once we ordered drinks the girl came back to tell me they couldn’t make the drink she offered. Then I said just give me water with lemon, we didn’t get not even water after a while waiting- keep in mind the restaurant was not busy at all. No excuse no reason to provide poor customer service. We were looking forward to enjoy a nice dinner but the poor customer service ruined it. Someone ran outside to ask why we left. I explained, such a nice restaurant yet so bad customer service. I understand they may be short staff but simply a we will be right with you, or your drinks are being made can make a difference with the service/experience. Don’t recommend this...
