Well now, in my humble opinion, folks, Simón Bolívar’s name gets tossed around plenty, but I gotta say, I don’t quite see The Liberator’s true spirit shining through here. Now, the Avenue it sits on does bear his name, and I reckon that’s enough to justify borrowing his last name for the place. As for the alpine Chalet vibe? I’m not so sure it’s there — but hey, I could be wrong.

If you’re aiming to go continental — and not just French continental — with your manners and etiquette, well, that’s just how it is, no questions asked. The real deal here is that “The Chef knows best,” and that seems to be the spirit, the Geist, driving this whole operation.
