We recently visited Cultura Cervecera in Santo Domingo, and overall, it was a really solid experience. The space is beautiful, the service was great, and the food options were exactly what you’d expect from a quality brewery—well thought-out and very satisfying.

The beer selection was extensive, especially if you’re into IPAs and international styles. It definitely has the feel of a modern craft brewery you’d find in the U.S., blending a slightly upscale look with that typical brewery-style seating. That said, the seating could be more comfortable—it’s a mix that doesn’t fully commit either to casual or upscale, and I think going one way or the other would improve the experience.

My only real suggestion would be to highlight more Dominican beers. They do a great job curating international options, but as a visitor to the DR, I’d love to see more local craft selections featured. It would be a great way to showcase what the country has to offer in the beer scene. Of course, that might not be as important to locals, but it’s definitely something travelers would appreciate.

All in all, it’s a great place to hang out, grab a good drink, and enjoy a laid-back night. I can definitely see myself going back—and I’d recommend it if you’re looking for a modern brewery experience in the heart of...

I will never come up with a sequence of words that does justice to how much I love this place. Cultura Cervecera is the number one place for people who like to drink beer, chat, and have a laugh. You'd think it's tiny if you're passing by from the sidewalk. But if you go inside, trust me, keep going straight. You'll inevitably stumble upon the greatest vibe there is. There's an outdoor area, but get this, it's roofed. So you get a nice breeze while never having to worry about rainy days. Am I exaggerating? Maybe. I like this place a lot. Every waiter seems like they enjoy being there, you can beertalk any of them. They also have a couple of board games, including Connect 4, Jenga, and Uno. You can go during the day to enjoy some coffee, at night to chug some beers and down some fritos con salami. Or you could go and start your day with a cup of coffee, stay there until it's dark outside and start chugging some beers. The possibilities...

Great service but way over priced... I paid double for a basic coffee....how the hell do you charge $2.00USD for a small coffee in the Dom. Rep. ? Every place around this business charges $1.00USD / 50 DOP for the same drink....never again , you will be out of business in 3 months, once people learn your prices , you will never get repeat customers---your a neighborhood coffee house, think about that ...your clueless on how to run a business , ever heard of price comparison ...take a...

Nice informal place to reunite with friends. Very ample with big tables to share. Lots of tvs to watch sports games also. Plenty of beers, as the name suggests, and side dishes also. Good place and good food. Nice atmosphere also. Just be aware of parking. I think there was a valet but very limited parking. One should look to park in the streets nearby. Very crowded neighborhood with other restaurants also. That makes parking more difficult and with some traffic jam. But surely worth trying.
