I asked for bottle water and a cup of ice. After I was almost done with the water I noticed a white powdery substance at the bottom of the cup and all around the inside of the cup. When I asked my waiter he stated "it wasn't anything dangerous probably just some soap" no apology the supervisor/manager never spoke to me. They then didn't at least offer to remove the water from my bill. I was in a rush and decided I would address it on the website to corporate. I also contacted them on IG the stated they would investigate and be in touch. 2 days later I've not heard back. Be very mindful of your drinks when visiting this location. Enjoyed several Happy Hour cocktails which luckily were still served at 21:10 as the waitress acknowledged they'd neglected the table whilst busy with many other customers. The food is great and the 2 Cenas Offer is good value as had to even box some to go due to generous portions. Felt quite disatisified upon receiving the check as it had a huge 'Inpuesta' which when questioned then went to half but still no real reason as to why a requirement to pay above advertised prices. Definitely recommend but would appreciate timelier service and clearer charges explanation...

I have been here precovid, covid, and post covid. Probably 15 times. It is close to my hotel. The drinks are moderately priced. Unfortunately, the food is just not edible.

I am usually hungry when I get there so I am willing to overlook a lot. And it is not a language problem either. It is the kitchen and the actual food. The best summary is that you are getting a reheated frozen dinner for many of the entrees and for locally sourced items like a burger, the quality and cooking is poor.
