This is the best supermarket in the Dominican Republic price wise a lot of discount items and you get a bang for you buck {pesos} they sell their own products (Bravo) so you don't have to buy the expensive brand unless you have the money to do so! It's friendly and fast when you get to the cashier's register because they have a Express line for you if you have {10} items or less. You could have a few more items then that and the cashier's not going to kick you out of the line so I recommend that you head to your nearest Bravo supermarket and get your values worth of savings. It's like going to a supermarket with cut out coupons out of the news paper and you can receive a lot of points whenever you get started on your Bravo membership card every time you head to your Bravo supermarket and make a purchase. I always go with intentions of buying a few items but my mind changes quickly when I go through the entire store but the more I buy the more savings I am getting and to me it is well worth the trip, money and savings each time! I do believe that everyone will agree with me once they have visited Bravo supermarket and start buy and saving. Señores grupo Bravo: un cordial saludo a la alta gerencia de este espectacular grupo. Señores soy un cliente de Compras al por mayor de hace 7 años corridos comprando sus productos ya que representan la mayor calidad entre los demás, Soy un cliente que genera comprobante fiscal debidamente a la DGII. Mi inquietud, me diriji como decostubre la noche del día Miercoles 25/11/2020 comuna comprabalbpor mayor que sobrepasó los 97,000 pesos en pago conbtarjeta como es acostumbro ya por el flujo de lo tarde eran como las 9:30pm NO nos alcanzó el tiempo de revisión de mercancías delicadas como son las uvas, manzanas, peras y Espárragos. Al día siguiente llevé mis productos a los hoteles de bávaro Siendo devuelto dos cajas de (Uvas verdes) por pequeñas manchas negras, lo cual al día siguiente 26/11/2020 jueves, procedi a llevar las dos cajas para proceder a la vía cambio de mercancías. Me dirigí a ServioAlCliente, lo cual se llamó al encargado de vegetales y fruta es Señor (pablo) me dio el visto bueno, procedieron a cambiar las uvas generando una nota de crédito por las dos cajas de uvas, lo cual me dirijo a caja pero la Supervisora de nombre (María) hace contacto vía telefónica con el subgerente detienda nombre (Marcos) para la firma de la nota de crédito lo cual, este caballero que no le vi nada de caballero porque no actuó como un subgerente se dirige al cliente. El le informó a la supervisora que ese producto estaba dañado y que lo que sale del establecimiento ya no tenía cambio, Yo de mi parte entiendo que así sea pues ya que es un producto delicado, le pedí al subgerente hablar conmigo de manera que pudiera ayudarme, lo cual el bajó de su oficina a servicio al cliente diciéndole a las colaboradoras del mismo (Yo no tengo que hablar con ningún cliente a María que resuelva eso ya' al cliente se le dijo que ese producto después que sale ya no se cambia). O sea no me revolucionaron ni me cambiaron el producto ( ya que la nota de crédito estaba realizada) Me sentí muy mal después de tantas años que llevó comprándole al (Bravo) no es el trato que merezco de parte de un gerente de tienda. Soy un cliente que mensual 2millones 200,000 pesos promedio en compras. Prestenle muchas atenciones a estos casos.
