I cannot give this place enough stars!!!! We had a taste for ceviche so we had QERO Pisco Bar on our list for must go eateries before leaving DR. Dare I say we found our FAVORITE ceviche spot IN EL MUNDO?!?

The Ceviche Mixto with Ají Rosoto was absolutely delicious. Every ingredient came together so beautifully . The pescado was super fresh, even the octopus that I could only eat fried before felt like a fresh piece of tilapia!

The Ceviche Clásico was delightful as well, but I prefer the aji flavor and color to the classic.

The ambience was also very nice; we came in around 5 pm on a Sunday after a round of golf, so they were pretty empty as they close at 6 pm on Sunday. But it was perfect timing for us, as the service was perfect and quick.

Our waitress was very accommodating and offered great advice on our food choices. I ended up getting 2 Pisco Sours (which I saw on previous reviews that were popular, and now I see why) which were absolutely fantastic! I likened it to a whiskey sour, but with the foam… and now I actually prefer pisco to whiskey as it’s much lighter in flavor. I also got one drink, I don’t recall the name; but it reminded me of a Long Island iced tea.

We also got an empanada for appetizer in which the dough was super fresh and the filling was just as fresh and flavorful. And Lomo Saltado for dinner.

I can’t say enough about this place, we will be back...

•QERO Maki: Por dentro: Salmón, surimi, aguacate.

I am a fan of its gastronomic proposal and its Peruvian cocktails. It makes me very happy that we have such a delicious option as it is in the country 🤙🏼✨

If you are going to this restaurant for the first time, take advantage and ask for its "Cold tasting round" that includes medium portions of five cold dishes from its menu.

• Cause Limeña: Causa amarillo, stuffed with chicken, avocado, mayonnaise, yellow chili sauce, quail egg, olive (What you see in the center)

• QERO Maki: Inside: Salmon, surimi, avocado. On the outside: Tempurized, crispy quinoa, chinola sauce and yellow chili. • Classic Ceviche: Catch of the day, ají limo, coriander, onion red, corn, sweet potato.

• Tiradito Apaltado: Fresh salmon, vegetable tiger milk, avocado and chalaquita (I love it)

• Tiradito de Pulpo al Olivar: Imported octopus, olive sauce botija, capers, avocado, olive oil. (I love him too )

This cost me $ 1,100 pesos.

*Another healthy option is the Shake Roll, a salmon roll without rice.

*I also liked the House specialties: Pisco Sour and Pisco Punch.

*And finally, I don't miss the dessert 😁 chessecake...

So I went because of the 4.7 score. When I got there the place was empty, and the customer service sub par so was the energy and ambiance. I ordered a red velvet cake to go and they took 25 min to give it to me.They said they had to put it in the microwave since its COLD? If I could keep waiting Wth 🤦‍♀️ We are paying $410 pesos for a slice of cake. I ended up taking a slice without it being microwaved since I dont use one. I had to come home and heat up a cake on how hard it was. Cold and Dry. I spent 20 dollars on a pisco sour and a cold cake. The pisco drink was a bit strong but decent. Also the prices were higher than the online menu. You guys need to update that. Do...
